While you are indulging in self-pampering activities, your mind is calmed by the constant noise around us. 

This allows us to have mental clarity. This brings about mental wellness

Self-care is a stress buster. Since I started implementing it for myself, I can better manage stress now than before.

Even in the face of tight schedules, I am learning to stay calm and practice deep breathing exercises as a coping mechanism.  And these and many more are really helping me.
