What is healthy living?

Healthy living is a lifestyle with minimal health issues.

A healthy lifestyle is the life to improve health and wellbeing. Healthy lifestyle helps you to overcome stress or better manage stress.  Healthy living is of lifelong  benefit.

It includes the following:

  • healthy eating,
  • exercise,
  • weight management,
  •  stress management.

A healthy lifestyle involves eating  a balanced diet. you must eat lots of vegetables, fruits and fiber.

In healthy diet, you watch out for your daily consumption of carbohydrates.

A healthy lifestyle is very important to be healthy.

When you want to reduce the effect of chronic illnesses, you abide by the guidelines given to you by your doctor.

when you are above a certain age, it become important for you to be watch you eat and to exercise more.

Healthy lifestyle is when we look after our physical health. when we improve our emotional health. Then we become fitter, more relaxed, and better able to cope with daily life challenges.

Healthy living is a must.

In our world and times now, the stress level is very high.

The traffic situations in some of our cities are unbearable.

Men and Women are going through a lot that is impacting their lives.

The average life   span is shortened. We hear about men and women collapsing and dying suddenly.

A lot of people are being diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure, fatty liver, etc.

Why are the incidences of these sicknesses significantly high?

This is because most of us have abandoned our health.

  • We are not particular about what we eat.
  • We live sedentary lives.
  • We do not exercise.
  • We eat junk foods.

Whatever we see, we put into our mouth, therefore we are accumulating weight all around our body.

Then these sicknesses set in and we start panicking.

Some teas can help you to shed some belly fat and be physically alert. Some people abide by the number of cups of coffee, they consume by the day.  Knowing fully well that too much coffee can impact your sleep, thereby disorganizing your system.

I have observed that lack of sleep increases your stress level.

Make a change in your lifestyle and you will begin to see a change in your life. Make time out for adequate sleep, learn to relax and take time out for  yourself. Just be and relax, it has a high impact on your health.
